Assembly Techniques for Different Agricultural Machinery Parts

The proper assembly of agricultural machinery parts is related to the length of time for smooth operation of agricultural machinery. In order to ensure good long-term use of agricultural machinery, the assembly work of agricultural machinery parts must be done well. The following are assembly techniques for some agricultural machinery components.
Cylinder gasket
If there are oil holes, they must be aligned with the corresponding oil passage holes on the engine body and cylinder head to avoid friction caused by oil cut-off in the valve distribution mechanism on the cylinder head. For an aluminum alloy cylinder head, the curled side of the cylinder head should face the cylinder block, as it has no oil passage holes and has the same front and back shapes; For cast iron cylinder heads, the curled side of the cylinder head should face the cylinder head.
Pistons and piston ring
Pistons with upward arrows and other markings on the top should be installed in the direction specified by the markings; If there is no mark, the piston top vortex pit or the small notch next to the pit should be facing towards the side of the fuel injector to ensure uniform gas mixing. When assembling piston ring, if there are marks such as UP and UP on the top, they should face upward; Twisted rings with no markings on the top should have their inner grooves or chamfers facing downwards; Chromium plated rings (shiny shell) shall be installed in the piston ring groove, and the ring openings shall be staggered by 120~180 degrees to ensure the sealing effect.
Connecting rod and connecting rod cap. The connecting rod of a horizontal diesel engine is split at 45 degrees, and the section should be facing downwards to improve the stress on the connecting rod bolts. The connecting rod cap and connecting rod are machined in pairs, and the matching marks should be on the same side during assembly to ensure that the roundness and cylindricity of the connecting rod bearing meet the specified requirements.
Main bearing cover, bearing bush and bushing
Both the main bearing cover and the engine body bearing seat shall be bored in pairs. They shall be seated according to the matching marks. They shall not be interchanged or the assembly direction shall not be changed at will, so as not to damage the coaxiality and dimensional accuracy of the main bearing seat hole. For bearing shells or bushings with oil holes, the corresponding oil passage holes on the bearing seat and bushing holes should be aligned to ensure smooth oil passage.
Transmission shaft and chain
The transmission forks at both ends of the transmission shaft shall be in the same plane to avoid Torsional vibration and damage to the transmission components. If the transmission chain adopts a spring clip, its open end direction should be opposite to the direction of chain movement to avoid falling off due to collision during movement.
Drive wheel
If the driving wheel is marked with an upward arrow, it should be pointed towards the direction of rotation of the tire when moving forward; Unmarked, the top of the octagonal or herringbone pattern of the driving wheel should face upwards when viewed from the back of the locomotive.
Cylinder head bolts
If one end of the bolt is a coarse thread and the other end is a fine thread, the coarse thread end should be screwed into the body; If the two ends of the bolt have fine teeth, the shorter end should be screwed into the body to ensure that the cylinder head can be pressed tightly.
Oil pump and fuel injection pump. If the oil adopts a planetary rotor type, the outer rotor should be chamfered towards the pump body to prevent the oil from circulating on its own inside the pump and reducing the pump oil pressure. The crescent shaped positioning groove on the plug sleeve of the fuel injection nozzle should be aligned with the positioning hole on the pump body, and the mark (or return groove) on the plunger should be installed upwards to avoid fuel failure or diesel engine speeding.
